This register was created on the basis of the Act of November , on public documents and is maintained by the Minister of Interior and Administration. There you will find basic information about public document templates, i.e.: graphic files photos showing the general appearance of a public document and its characteristic elements.



Description of the document such as: the date of introduction of a specific document template into legal circulation, the date of commencement of issuing a document of a given design, document validity period, the end date of issuing a document of a given design; graphic files photos illustrating anti-counterfeiting elements intended to verify the authenticity of the document, along with a description of how to perform this verification; information about the producer or producers of the documents, the size of their circulation and information about the individual markings of a given document.
